I wanted to create a really ridiculously overpowered weapon that would be a very rare find in an FPS, like Doom’s BFG. The kind of weapon that would let you absolutely dominate a multiplayer game for about 30 seconds if it spawned next to you.
The Heavy Decimator uses fake science to reduce any biological target to 10% of it’s previous mass. And the indicator says 7. The power cell gives it seven shots.
